Joe The Appliance Guy

We had an emergency need to fix a washing machine in my mum's house while she was overseas, and with a disabled brother, a washing machine that works daily is so important. Joe made room in his schedule to make sure to get to the house before the end of that day (I talked to him at 1pm, he was at the house by 4), and he was prepared, professional and simply a delight. I have just called Joe to come and fix my own machine!
