Dryer was spinning, but not heating. Joe came at the end of his day and THOROUGHLY diagnosed, fixed and quadruple checked the fix to ensure that it was working perfectly well again. Most guys would come, fix one issue they find and leave, but Joe actually took the time to investigate other issues that could be contributing to the problem. Thoroughly explained the problem and even more comprehensively explained what I can do to prevent issues like this from happening again. His work saved me from likely having to buy a new dryer 4 months from now. Consummate professional and a sincere person with his work.
