Joe was a bit reluctant to come out to Riverdale given that he is based in Richmond Hill and did not want to battle traffic and said he would come down when he had another job in the area. After about a week (a delay for which he apologized profusely), he had found a job downtown and agreed to come out to our house. He was a bit late, but called to let us know he would be delayed. In the end, it was determined that it was not economical for the dishwasher to be repaired. However, I was very happy that he carefully explained what he was doing to assess the status of the dishwasher, and that he explained how he estimated the cost of the repair should we go that route so that we had no questions and could agree that it was not worth the effort to resuscitate our old GE. My impression of Joe is that he really knows his stuff and is working in his customers' best interests.
