Joe The Appliance Guy

My mother's refrigerator had some water collecting under the crisper drawers. I found The Appliance Guy on Homestars. I called and was very happy when Joe called back within hours. He was pleasant and courteous and said he would try to come the next day but more likely the following day. And that he would call before he came. He called before he came and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently fixed it. His cost was more than reasonable. He was kind to my elderly mother and explained everything to her.
