The initial consultation with Brian Cady was a very good experience. He measured carefully, answered all our questions and gave a little advice to help us decide on one or two shades in our guestroom. The technician, Kola, was very nice and professional. We enjoyed working with Brian at Sunburst for a second time around. We were very impressed with the service they offered the first time around, it made sense to use them again. They just finished installing window treatments at our new place and we were extremely satisfied with the the work. Brian is very personable and great to work with. Kola did the installation very quickly and to a high standard. We had an excellent experience, from meeting with Brian initially to discuss options, to installation with Kola and Keith. We are extremely happy with our blinds. They are beautiful, functional, and perfectly installed by Kola. The top down / bottom up / no cord features offer so much flexibility. Fabulous! Our closet system gives us what feels like three to four times as much storage as we had previously, looks great, and was beautifully installed by Keith. There was one component that was provided in the wrong size, which necessitated a return trip for Keith to pick up the correct size, and an extra bit of time off work for me to complete the installation. But that was the only hiccup. We're very happy with the results and would recommend Sunburst without reservation.

Sunburst was very friendly, precisely on time with appointments to include delivery and install dates. Manufacturing defects/errors were immediately corrected apologeticly and entirely hassle free. Their quote was extremely competitive. I was so impressed that I referred two family members to sunburst who also had there blinds replaced and are equally satisfied with sunburst. Highly recommended!

Brian was very helpful from day1. He gave us some advise on choosing the colors and materials for the window coverings -which turned our great! We are also very pleased with the quality of the closet organizers. His team ( the installers) are both very professional. They were very careful with the details when installing.
