We had an excellent experience, from meeting with Brian initially to discuss options, to installation with Kola and Keith. We are extremely happy with our blinds. They are beautiful, functional, and perfectly installed by Kola. The top down / bottom up / no cord features offer so much flexibility. Fabulous! Our closet system gives us what feels like three to four times as much storage as we had previously, looks great, and was beautifully installed by Keith. There was one component that was provided in the wrong size, which necessitated a return trip for Keith to pick up the correct size, and an extra bit of time off work for me to complete the installation. But that was the only hiccup. We're very happy with the results and would recommend Sunburst without reservation.
