A very marginal effort. Shovelled the snow and left drifts in front of garage doors. Avoided getting out if truck at all costs. Saw me shovelling walk and left even though that was part of contact. You get what you pay for.

I hired this company this winter for snow removal. It is pathetic. I had to shovel the snow twice already. You cannot even see the driveway, it is so bad. The problem is, they come too late and people drive on the snow, it gets packed, then they come later and push some of the smow away, leaving a layer of snow underneath. The problem with this company is (which I found out later) they have contract with Petro Canada, so they shovel their snow first. All the other residential customers have to suffer because they don't have enough staff. Ridiculous!
