Sophisticate Hardwood Flooring Ltd

DO NOT USE: Installed hardwood floor, didn't allow wood to acclimatize, large gaps between wood slats within 3 days, blamed it furnace heat with low humidity (furnace not on was late October) and would only repair by filling with sawdust. Other contractors called in said it was Sophisticates fault and floor needed replacement. They refuse to repair properly.
