Soft Surfaces

Fred arrived on time, looked over the area to be cleaned, measured, then gave us a price and a time frame. He was very careful with our young children, bundling up any metal pipe components with towels so they would not burn themselves from the hot water running through. He was friendly and courteous and not at all pushy. He ended up removing some terrible stains from our beige carpet that we thought would remain forever.
