Had entire roof re-shingled approx. 4 years ago, and am very happy with the work they did. Roof is difficult to work on due to steep slope and many peaks and valleys. Workers were very conscientious and cleaned up after themselves when work was completed. Had a small leak this spring during very heavy rain with high wind, and they immediately came over, found a small opening at edge of corner flashing and fixed it. Great service, would highly recommend.

Smart roofing did a great job, from sales to installation. Very happy with the results and professional approach.

Smart Roofing initially did the back of my house which is challenging - lot of nearly flat areas - they explained the work carefully and what would be involved. Checked from all sides and gave me a good estimate which beat most competitors - also used best shingles on the market. This was in 2013.

In 2016 they completed the front - same quality work and top shingles. Very quick, courteous and reasonably priced. Also cleaned up perfectly after the job was done.

We have chosen Smart Roofing because of the quality of their work. A couple of years ago they repaired the roof of our garage and we were impressed by their professionalism. Jerry was great in finding a solution to divert some of the water/ice flow which was affecting both the roof and the exterior wall. This was a recurring problem which had not been solved by any of the previous repair companies.

In June 2016 Smart Roofing installed new shingles on the entire house as well as new eavestroughs and larger eavesdrops. Jerry designed a new layout for the water flow through the eavesdrops in order to offer a definitive solution to the garage roof erosion and leakage problem. We are very grateful for his help and advice. Throughout the whole process he was always available either in person or on the phone for any questions we had.

The execution was impeccable and very clean. Although we gave our initial ok for the job, two eavesdrops proved to be two long for our taste and we asked Jerry for help. He found the time to arrange for their shortening, free of charge. We are very happy with the final result and warmly recommend Smart Roofing.

We were so pleased to meet Bob Morgan who provided us with his presentation regarding Smart Roofing Inc. He is so personable, didn't talk down to us and was extremely passionate about what he was selling. He listened to us and made every effort to provide exactly what we needed.

We are very pleased with the results of our new roof. The colour matches perfectly with our brick. The workers were very friendly and the cleanup was great.

I am very happy with the entire process from receiving a prompt accurate estimate to signing the contract to having the work completed. Everyone with whom I dealt with from Smart roofing was very professional and friendly. The work was completed over 2 days with minimum disruption to the household and the work site was well protected from debris with tarps. The installation team were excellent. They were courteous and answered all of my questions honestly , did not have any music blasting, and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. This was for my Mothers house. I will be using them for my house and barn when the time comes.

This company does very good work at a fair price. They did my kitchen skylight two years ago and did a good job. Jerry explained the options and answered all my questions before the job. They gave me a good warranty on their work. I know if I have any problems they will be there when I call them.

I had hired another roofing company to work on my roof but did have issues. In a legal dispute with them. However, in order to help with the matter, I reached out to multiple roofers in the GTA and Jerry was one of the few that actually was willing to come to my house to perform just an estimate. Knowing that his team won't get work out of it in the short term as I need it purely for my legal matter. While everyone else just either hung up on me or told me to go away Jerry was professional, ethical and most importantly stood by his word. I truly appreciate his work and would recommend him to all anyone moving forward.

We were very pleased with job that Smart Roofing did in replacing our roof. They were able to do it without delay and the entire process went smoothly. Jerry and Grant were very professional and the roof looks great.

We plan to have them back for our eaves and soffit work next summer.

Installed a new roof in a reasonable time frame. Worked with caution and cleaned up after. Bob was courteous enough to stay in touch before, during and after the work was done to ensure everything was effectively done.
