Bob and his team at Smart Roofing did a great job. Bob explained the work to be done in detail and promised "no incidentals". The team arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up both my yard and the neighbors. Job was just done a couple of weeks ago, so my initial assessment is "a job well done". Will have to see over the next couple of years how the warrant holds out. Would recommend Smart Roofing.

I am extremely pleased with Jerry and Smart Roofing. He is very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He is also very fair and competitive with his prices, but offers much more customer service than the others who quoted us. His workers are professional, very efficient and extremely courteous. They cleaned up during and after the job was completed with great care and pride. The new Eaves were put on the following day with the same type of care and professionalism. Jerry came to inspect the work immediately after it was completed. He made sure that we were pleased and that our expectations were met. All of this was done in the time frame that we were promised. You can not get anyone better than Jerry and Smart Roofing in this industry! I have already recommended him to a friend and a co-worker. I will recommend him to everyone!

our roof was leaking. After the inspection we have realized that we have to get the new roof. because our roof was very old. We called Smart roofing. Bob came to our house gave us some value able information we ending up getting the work done by Smart Roofing. it took them to finished the job in two and a half day. roof looks great and no more leaking

Jerry and his team were extremely professional and friendly. The job was completed on time and they left my property clean and tidy. They were not the most economical but it was well worth the extra money. Four months after the roof was installed we had a very strong wind storm in our neighborhood with many homes losing their shingles - I called Jerry and he came by and inspected the roof at no charge. I would highly recommend SMART ROOFING anytime !

We had our old roof (with leak problem) replaced by Mario. He has been accommodating on schedule and I am grateful he could take this project in time before winter. After the work was completed in 2 days, there are some issues, as I could hear tick-tick sound appearing to come from the ceiling (inside the attic) of my bedrooms. Upon reported, he immediately went up to and checked the roof but since it was dry found nothing yet. He requested me to call him again when it rains. He came again to look at the issue and will be fixing a single that peeled away due to the strong wind the other day. Attached are 2 pictures of the new roofs.
