Furniture review in Markham

I bought custom sofa, 3 chairs, extra fabric, extra cushions, picture, end tables… One chair came in wrong fabric, extra material total different fabric, cushions another fabric, end tables white should have been brown, picture had issues. Took forever to get right now one of the chairs is falling apart. Not the Sklar Peppler of years ago….Sorry I bought from them.

Worst customer service I've ever seen

No customer service
Delivered wrong couch.
Has been over 3 months haven't recieved new one yet that I paid for.
No compensation given.
Not even a sorry

Don't expect your phone calls returned if you can get through there phone lines.

Expect a run around, from a joke of a staff.

The sales staff was very helpful and the selection was excellent. The delivery was on time and they removed my old furniture without any damage to walls or carpet. I have sent others who were also satisfied.
