I purchased a sunrise spa from these guys and they did an awesome job putting it in. And that's when it all went downhill. As being a new spa owner they offer no support or help. This brand new spa came faulty from the factory. The pump didn't work. Took them a week to come out after it didn't start up. Numerous phone calls and nothing from them. Had another problem with the panel. 2 weeks again calling, and Dino is busy with a customer. No return of phone calls. Said they were coming by on a Saturday. Never shows up. Forget it. Paid someone myself. This guy is a joke. Don't waste your time or money with these winners.

No customer service Delivered wrong couch. Has been over 3 months haven't recieved new one yet that I paid for. No compensation given. Not even a sorry Don't expect your phone calls returned if you can get through there phone lines. Expect a run around, from a joke of a staff.
