High quality products but awful customer service. Our projects was a parade of errors and delays from cutting wrong holes in mirrors, to delivering wrong dimensions, to defective hinges to missing parts. I fully appreciate that these things happen in construction projects but this is the only service provider in two back to back projects I did totalling 500k that absolutely refuses to compensate a customer by granting any discounts whatsoever due to the multiple delays caused by their mistakes. They have no understanding of their legal obligations nor of good customer service. Despite spending thousands of dollars for 4 showers, they showed no good faith to compensate me for the delays caused by their mistakes and even refused to grant a very small 375$ discount which would have gone a long way as a gesture of apologies. So if you use them, you better hope everything goes according to plan because they do not own up to anything.

While I appreciate constructive criticism as a means to improve our service, this review is quite unfair and misleading.
Our shower enclosures are installed to exacting standards, and when we aim for tolerances of 1/8”, sometimes re-cuts can be expected (at our cost) to ensure you get the best possible finished product!
It seems unreasonable to punish us for upholding these standards and giving you the product that we promised.
We own our mistakes when they happen, and we rectify them accordingly (as we did without question in this case) -- to say that we don't "own up to anything" is just unfounded...
Furthermore, your complaint that you were not given a discount is untrue. Your contractor (who paid the invoice) was given a very reasonable discount to appease your concerns. I respectfully ask that you take this concern up with him.
