Major house repair and restoration
Last year we had substantial damage to our house. When the damage first occurred, Sands Restoration Services was sent to us by our insurance company. Paul Sands arrived on the scene to assess the damage and did a fantastic job in very quickly organizing, coordinating and carrying out all of the immediate emergency repair work that needed to be done. When the time came for us to select a contractor to do the repair and restoration, we chose Sands Restoration Services. We selected Paul’s company not only based on the quote Paul submitted but also on the great job he and his company did in the emergency repair work that was done.
Our house needed major repair and restoration and took close to a year before everything was finally completed. It was only recently that we were “back to normal”. Throughout the whole process, Paul provided us with regular updates and was always there to answer any questions we have. Anytime we needed Paul he was there. Paul and his staff were always very friendly and professional and provided excellent customer service. Paul is a very honest and knowledgeable contractor and gave us very good advice many times along the way. We felt that the whole time Paul always had our interest at heart and always did his best for us.
Anytime when there was a minor hiccup with subcontractors (and with a big job like ours, there were bound to be some) Paul was there very quickly to resolve the issue and get the project on track again. It was a tough and challenging time for our family but Paul’s leadership in managing the project, and all of the subcontract work that was done, made the situation that much easier and less stressful.
We are very pleased with Paul and Sands Restoration and the work that was done. We are glad we chose Paul and his company. We were in good hands. Paul did an excellent job for us and we highly recommend Paul Sands and Sands Restoration Services.
