Went to Salco last month to purchase a new set for my yard and learned that they rebranded and are now called Casualife. The assosiates helping my husband and I were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They had great suggestions and were honest about what would work best for the space we have. We recieved everything when we were told we would and get compliment from all my guests, in fact my neighborous are purchasing a set now as well. Great service and products.

We were very happy to land at Salco after checking out many other stores. This place has become much calmer and the sets are inspiring to say the least. The deep lounge set that we have is unique and exclusive to Salco. Their price is very competitve, but more importantly we are happy with the quality that comes with their brands. The custom cushions were also done in very timely fashion. We appreciate the attention of the staff and would have no hesitation in recommending their store to anyone.

I purchased a Telescope dining and lounge set last year. The young lady assisting us was extremely knowledgeable and devoted a great deal of time and energy into helping us select fabrics and styles that would work with our new home. She was up-front about the wait time to have everything delivered (8 weeks) and called with updates throughout the waiting period. Upon my visit last month, I was shocked to see that not only is she no longer at Salco, but the OWNERSHIP has changed as well! The 'custom cushion' program is a joke! I decided to place an order for a couple of cushions as well as an umbrella and as promised by the website and the woman 'helping' us, expected it to be ready within 2 weeks. I didnt hear from anyone, and after showing up after my calls went UNANSWERED, the woman snidely said "most places take 6 weeks to do cushions." Because it was custom I couldnt cancel the order, but I wish I had! the cushion is NOT the measurements I provided, and the umbrella top doesn't fit properly either. BUYERS BEWARE! This place is no longer the 'family owned business' it once was!

We have been loyal customers of Salco for many years. We dealt with the old couple who used to own the store. More recently there was their daughter or niece who was also very helpful. But this place has gone downhill! My husband and I came in recently and we were very disappointed. There is less selection for furniture, the showroom has become too modern and 'edgy'! The new owner is not knowledgeable at all. She had to ask the young sales girls many questions to even be able to help us. The girls even let her know the correct information that she had wrongfully given us. It turned us off from buying again.

We have been Salco customers for several years. After the 'service' We received on our recent visit, I would NEVER refer any of my friends or relatives to this store again. It is completely disorganized, nobody seems to have any idea what is going on. I used to deal with the former owner before she sold the business, as well as the young man in charge last summer. I was shocked to see the state of the store! It is dark and uninviting. I was even more shocked by the lack of knowledge and customer service the woman provided us with. It seemed like she couldn't care less about assisting us. Needless to say we will NOT be returning to add to our patio set this year. This place has really gone downhill.

If you need new outdoor furniture or want new cushions made don't go anywhere else. This place is amazing. Huge choice, friendly people and fair pricing. I bought 6 made to measure cushions and a new umbrella. Then returned to buy a resin wicker side table. All amazing quality and attractive desigs. This is the only store I'll go to when I need more patio products.

We had been searching for patio furniture for quite a while. Salco was an excellent find - we had exceptional service from John and the other staff there. The selection is very large - this was the largest showroom we had seen (after being to many different stores previously). The quality of the merchandise they carry is excellent, and their prices are very competitive. The service that we received there was also remarkable - they listened carefully to what we wanted, and did not try to up-sell us with products that we did not need. The delivery and installation service that they provide is efficient, polite, and well-priced. I highly recommend Salco, and would continue to go there for any of other future patio furniture requirements.

This is a family store with high quality patio and sun room furniture. The showroom is hugh with so many many selections. Their custom cushions service is amazing and fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyone to this for high quality selections and service.

When we needed new patio furniture a few years ago we were directed to Salco where we were well looked after by John and Jussi. Their selection is great and well dislpayed, and best of all, their prices are very competetive.
We added to our patio again recently and again found just what we wanted. You can't beat great products, service and prices.
