Great communication. The installation was very professional and we really appreciated the advice on improving our existing system rather than starting over with something more expensive and unfamiliar. It's a pleasure to get through on the first ring and be dealing with a live (and helpful) person rather than encountering a succession of menus only to sit on hold.
