An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I'm new customer of safetech. Fortunately so far didn't have an issue to judge them but one thing is clear . More or less all companies are using almost similar technologies to watch your property . It's 21st century and we are living in digital world. What makes a difference in security companies is their attidude and their efficiancy to respond to a call, alarm or even a simple support center call for a simple question. There are few monster size security companies which are running their business in 5 continents and not just Canada, these companies would not pay special attention to individual customers and a company like Safetech is not neither in that size nor having such carelessness. That's why I prefer them as a Thornhill located Canadian customer.
