Our family has been dealing with Rusco Distributors for over 20 years, and have always been extremely satisfied with every aspect of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them at any time to anyone. They have installed windows, soffits, and eaves in the past. All work was performed on time, and to our satisfaction.

Recently we had a new steel door, screen and side by side window installed by Rusco. Their service team was punctional and professional. The door looks great and even better, works well. Many companies can install or replace a fixture for you but it is the after sales service that defines their success and ability to attract repeat business. We had a small issue with the screen door and Rusco was very quick to correct this issue and even sent in the manufacturer to ensure everything was in good working order. The best reference I can give to any company is that I would use them again....and I would use Rusco again.

All my questions were answered & I felt no pressure from Israel, the salesperson. Although other companies may be less expensive, the quality, service, attention to detail, & generally wanting to keep customers for many years, is worth the "extra" price.
