We just moved in to a new place and had nothing but trouble with the drain the kitchen. No amount of "liquid plumber" helped. This morning it was completely blocked. I called roto rooter and Matt came out to our place within a few hours! He was on time and was very professional. He did a very thorough job snaking out the drain from several places in the house. It turned out to be a really bad clog from years of the previous owners dumping grease/oil down the drain. Their service isn't cheap - but to be honest, you get your money's worth - it is not an easy (or clean) job and they really know what they are doing. They are also very good about responding very quickly to calls, so this is also factored in. Thanks again!

Our upstairs toilet had gradually escalated from a mild drip to me having to drain a pan several times a day. We were nervous about having someone over during the pandemic but Matthew C was absolutely fantastic. Professional, friendly, fast and helpful. Kitchen dual sink and island sink were back flowing when one of the sinks was being filled up and drained. We called RR and Mike K was here the next morning on time. Reached out to Rota Rooter for a clog sinked which could not be fixed by a plumber I was sent by Jiffy app. Konstantinos showed up and within 20 minutes he had snaked out the clog and fixed a small crack on the PVC tube. No mess created.

Note: Jiffy sent a plumber who didn't own a snake. He upselled a $30 Javelin bottle to fix the problem which didn't work. Left me with a worse clog which Rota Rooter fixed.

We thought we had a leaking pipe. Steven arrived quickly and did a detailed assessment to determine there was no leaking pipe. He also detailed other things we could check to determine cause of the water.
