Our main drain in the laundry room kept backing up every time someone flushed the toilet. After trying to use a small snake ourselves without success, we decided to call Roto Rooter. Using the camera, Jordan was able to see that the blockage was solely at the point of intersection between our clay pipes and the pvc pipes that they had installed four years ago when we put in a back water valve. It was a quick and easy fix, a bit pricey, but at least we know what the problem is! Jordan explained everything very clearly and went about his work professionally.

I called Roto-Rooter for a back-up problem I just found. It took a while to get a service technician over the house and well beyond their initial promised window, even after multiple calls. The technician they sent, Mike K. was great though. He did a good job and explained everything thoroughly as well. The rating of 4 stars is really a 2-3 star for the office and a 5 start for the technician. Heads up, they aren't cheap though.
