Great job, planted all the seeds professionally, well organized and left the project well designed and looking great. Only flaw was that there service men did not come on time on either of the two days, so I had to go out of my way to accommodate their services instead of them accommodating me.

Recently we are doing basement finishing project , and need to purchase a lot of stuff and we visited quite often around the three major home improvement stores. I found the Rona actually have quite competitive prices specially during their frequent promotions.

This Rona location offers good services and very flexible with late-pickup option, which helped us a lot during the basement construction. The staff is quite helpful if you can find them on the floor though. But they are not as knowledgeable as I hope they are.

The worker comes on time and the quality is good. They Replacing a sink is really quite easy. The most difficult part to deal with is the faucet. Its best to just replace the faucet when you replace the sink, as it isn't any less work to do both than just the sink.

Rona sales associates all seem to be experts in plumbing because we described a problem with a slow leak of fresh water from the tank that constantly made the toilet tank replenish with fresh water. After replacing the toilet flap which didn't solve the problem, three different Rona plumbing associates all told us the flap was likely installed correctly, we simply needed to place some Petroleum Jelly or Tar around the point where the flap hits the toilet tank hole. It did the trick and toilet tank has stopped leaking fresh water ever since.

I was extremly happy with the customer service that was given to me from this company. I actually stayed in the store shopping longer than standing in line! It was great how everyone was so product knowledge and extremely nice. Jon was very nice and kind to help us out with our stuff.

The selection of paint at this location is not very great. I went here for comparison shopping with other local stores (Home Depot). I was also hoping that they would have a rack of misstints for a discounted price, but there weren't many cans offered, as there are at Home Depot. It was a double dissapointment. This was my first time dealing with Rona, and I was not impressed.
