Our fireplace is 4 years old and we recently had a problem with the remote. Our warranty was already expired and theoretically Roger could just have referred us to the service agent to solve the problem (which would mean we had to pay for a call-out). Roger did all they could to help identify the problem and our system is up and running at no extra cost. Really great to know that they support their customers even years after a sale took place.

2 days after bringing my newborn son home from the hospital, the hot water tank stopped working. It was a Friday night and the plumbers I called before said they could be there Sunday. Roger the plumber came right away when he heard our situation. He was friendly, courteous, and finished the job quickly. We haven't had any problems with the tank since. He was a lifesaver.

I had a leak from my hot water tank. I found an offer flyer from Roger the Plumber and gave them a call. This happened on a Friday afternoon 4. 30, no less and thought I would be out of luck with the weekend ahead. But no, they came out straight away, replaced my tank, worked right through to 8pm and took all the old stuff away. No problems at all and at a reasonable price including out of hours. Would definitely recommend and call if I ever have any plumbing problems again. Overall cost $1000 - a good service and fair price.

We were overcharged for the job that was done.
Two very pleasant young men came and properly completed the job. It took two hours which is longer than it should have but it was a teaching moment for the apprentice and they did not have any glue to put the ABS together so had to leave and return to complete.
I was charged for 2.5 hours. 2hours at $110/hr. and also $110 for the half hour, which was the driving time. There office is about 5 miles from my home.
The $110 to drive 5 miles to do a job at $110/hr. is excessive and I would like this money back. If I had been made aware of this up front I would have chosen another company.

The furnace that heats up my water tank had its flame out and I couldn't start it up. I didn't know what was happening so I gave Roger a call. He was very patient in talking with me over the phone, and eventually came over to help me relight the flame. Very friendly and professional.

Fixed my Lennox furnace the same day at a reasonable price, the tech is very polite and knowledgeable, will recommend them to anyone needs heating service. The other company I called does not want to fix my 12 years old furnace, they just want to push me to buy a high-end new one for ^6000!

It was saturday of a long weekend and My wife had just come home from the hospital from having a baby and to my surprise there was no hot water and the pilot light would not work. I called many plumbers and they were not available to come on such short notice. When I called Roger the plumber, he was able to come within an hour and got the hot water tank working, thank you Roger the plumber.

while roger was solving the plumbing problems, he was neat, quick, and offered advice on related issued.
roger was also courteous and respectful and i would recommend him to others .
