The install went fine but several items needed a follow up visit and some paint touch up. Painting was completed quickly as they sub contract to Finer Edge Painting. However still waiting for the other items to be completed more than six months after the install. Phone calls are never returned, staff turn over on a regular basis so when you are dealing with one person the next time you call they're not employed there any longer. Emails not returned. Management always has an excuse and don't seem particularly concerned. I've never seen such poor customer service and incompetence. I've contacted them one more time to see if they intend to complete the job. They did acknowledge the issues and lack of service. Said they would address the deficiencies. We'll see.
