Rexdale Appliances Ltd (1994)

I am completely unsatisfied with this company and Danny. Unreliable and very unprofessional. He first makes an appointment and call the day before to ask to come over. Then before he leaves he said he told me I had to pay a deposit fee of $100 or else he wouldnt get the part and if I decided not to do the work with him he would get paid. A month went by and he never has got back to me with an appointment and doesnt seem to reply when being called. He never completed the service for me and I dont have my washing machine. Awful I wont never recommend this company unless if you want to Be left and paid for no work completed.

Does not investigate appliances properly...Makes assumptions on what may be the problem...Orders parts not relevant to fixing the main problem and then tells you that parts can’t be returned once opened...Will try to convince you to order other parts without still knowing the issue causing the problem...Not to be trusted!

Technician came on the proposed date as scheduled. He did not investigate the problem. He noted the part he needed, and tried to call his suppliers. He reached no part suppliers and asked us to order the part directly from the manufacturer. He was there for a few minutes, and wanted his $60 site visit, and offered no receipt upon payment. When we called him on 3 occasions to clarify the part we needed to order (since he did not open the range to investigate which part was needed), the tech did not return our call.
