I bought a portable grill for myself to use it so I ordered it online. Their shipping cost is pretty fair and I got the grill within the days they promised. It was a pretty useful grill and I had use it couple times now. The quality of the product is pretty good.

My girlfriend had her ceramic top replace approx 1 year before mine cracked and she paid over $800! Knowing this I decided to try to do mine myself. I called Reliable and ordered the part number based on the info on my stove. There were none in Canada and so they had to send out to the factory for it. When I called back to check on the eta of my white top, they checked and told me that I must have misordered the colour as they had shipped an almond coloured one. As they are non refundable or exchangeable they quickly contacted the shipping dept. and were able to fix the order right away.; My top arrived within the week and was very simple to install. Thanks to Reliables helpful service I was able to fix my stove for 1/2 the cost of my girlfriend. Needless to say I am very happy with them

I accidentally used the wrong side of the sponge and scratched my new stainless steel garbage can. I googled the internet and learnt about this product that they sold at Reliable Parts, Ltd. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave me their honest input on the product. It was a bit pricey but I needed to fix my expensive garbage can so I decided to give it a go. I purchased the product and followed the easy to follow instructions on my stainless steel garbage can and 'voila' the scratches were gone. It took a bit of elbow grease using the different sanding pads that the package came up with but it worked! The only thing about the product is that depending on how fine the grain is on your stainless steel item, the sanding pads that came with the product might not replicate 100% of the finish. But, with that being said, only if you spend a long time looking for differences would you find them. I highly suggest Scratch-B-Gone.

Barry was very helpful in diagnosing a problem with our washing machine. The lid switch need replacing because the spin cycles were not working. The switch was replaced and the washing machine has been working fine since.
