I went into the store on Meyerside and ordered a part for my Dryer. When i got home it was the wrong part. i went back to exchange it the very next day and they would not. They charged me a 20% restocking fee. I decided i did not want to give them any business so i came home and found an online price 50% cheaper than them. The staff has zero care about the customer .. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. DO NOT BUY ANYTHIGN FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered drain hose October 22, 2014
I followed up after 2 weeks (ater being told it'd be 7-10 days) to be told item was shipping from US and would take up to 7 weeks. I then cancelled the order. 3 days later the drain hose arrived. My MasterCard was charged $35.30.
Hose returned.

Even though the parts I needed is very small and cheap, their staffs were very patient, professional and helpful. I ordered wrong parts by mistake and they had to order correct one but they were very friendly and patient. Their service is perfect and they have parts which I can't find from anywhere else.

I was not satisfied at all. I ordered a specific part for my coffeemaker and they told me while it was no longer available they had a part that would replace it. I ordered that based on them telling me that it would fit. When it arrived it didn't even match my machine number. I called and was told "too bad" basically. The man I talked to said he would have his supervisor call me back after lunch and I never heard from them again. I would never use them for anything and I would recommend that no one else does either if this is the way they treat customers.

Ordered parts Monday at 14:30 missed same day cut-off. Ok expect ship Tuesday no. Call Thursday promised would ship right away. Call Friday still not shipped until after I called even thought they told me it was shipped both Thurs and Friday. Not recommended oh and they switched parts for 3 x more expensive one.

Brought my old stove burner in to the store - I couldn't find my stove model number. Greg explained where to look for the model number. Went back home found the number and went to their website - ordered the part. FREE shipping - got the part the NEXT day!!!!!

I've visited ReliableParts many times. Each times They helped me to find the parts that I need. If not available at the store, they quickly located from their Coquitlam store and shifted to Vancouver right next day. Their service is truly reliable. Thanks.

I have purchased parts from Reliable Parts Ltd. Couple of time. They were very helpful., Its a very small window store in Trail appliance. I usually go online look for the part number and confirm with Reliable. Becuase I am an ongoing customer i get 20% off. which is really nice. I bought a themostat from them for my stove.

Wayne fixed our dinasair subzero bar fridge and it's been running for 10 more years then his son fixed it for other problems and it's still running... Keeping our fingers crossed

I was having some problems with my dishwasher and realized I needed a part. Rather than call a repair person, I looked online to see whether I could find some place I could buy the part, as when my dishwasher broke last time I remember the repairman using this company. I went online and the portal was super easy to use. I went from buying a single part for my dishwasher to buying a part for my stove and a few new pieces for my BBQ, which is getting old. The portal was easy to use, but there was one thing that was slightly confusing about a part I was looking for so I called their help number, and the person on the other end of the call was enormously helpful.
