I hired Steve for a last-minute cleaning job and he was able to accommodate my timing. He was reasonably priced, arrived on time, and had 2 sets of stairs and my basement carpet, which had never been cleaned in 10+ years, looking almost like new in no time. Very pleased with Reliable!

We wanted to clean our wall to wall carpets for the new purchasers of our home. The techniican met me, provided a quote, came on hte day agreed on. Result: clean carpets, even persistent ones on the stair treads.. I was so pleased that i decided to bring Reliable back to clean our furniture and 3 area carpets. The technician was knowledgeable, gave me great advice about underpads that suited different types of carpet, from a berber to wool to indian. i bought all 3 to lenghten the carpet life. He also gave advice how to keep our easy chair clean. Courteous, excellent price, thorough, professional advice. Definitely will call Reliabe again.

This summer (July 2011) we had laminate floors put in by the reliable folks at Reliable Carpet & Upholstery Care. The price was reasonable, the workers were friendly and efficient, and the floors look fantastic. After the job, there were a few issues that needed addressing and Reliable addressed every single one in a timely manner.

We have used Reliable for our carpet cleaning care for six years and are always very pleased with the fact that Stephen gets out every single stain, the carpets look and smell fresh, and we're good to go for a few more months. We are a household that includes two dogs and four cats. The animals love the fresh carpets too!

I needed this job done quickly and efficiently as the holidays were fast approaching, Steve responded to the messages quickly, was very helpful in giving me an approximate $ amount to the job, was very knowledgeable and I immediately felt comfortable leaving the job in his professional care.He came within a few days of calling.
