In one phrase, it is their way or the high-way. No customer service notion at ALL in the installation department. They might have the biggest choice of tiles but the laminate/hardwood/carpet section installer is just a nightmare.
We are doing our basement and were referred by our contractor to get the tiles and laminate from Regal.
The installer never showed up for the appointment. When he did he worked his way very fast, I was very impressed how fast he finished. When my contractor who is doing my basement came back the next day to continue his job he was horrified. The floor was literally floating and cracking as you walked on it. No level adjustment during installation what so ever. When we called Don the installer from Regal he said he cannot do anything.
Do not use their service at all!!!

We were planning to sell our condo and needed to replace heavily dented and scratched laminate with high quality hardwood. Our condo was 8 years old and we needed to compete with newer construction, without breaking the bank. Regal had a selection of discounted Maple flooring and we received a lot of helpful advice around transitions, trim, underlayment, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome! We did the work ourselves and ended up spending 1/4th of what people think our floors are worth!

We were amazed when the workmen came on time, finished the job as promised, and cleaned up after themselves. I have recommended Regal to others and will continue to do so.
