Den is a very knowledgeable person who helped me with all my queries. The external waterproofing warranty given to me by RCC is for lifetime and is Transferrable. Den explained to me RCC's waterproofing process including the materials used (especially the air-gap drainage membrane unique to RCC ).
Noel's team was hardworking and professional. Overall, I am extermely impressed with their work as they completed a big waterproofing project of the whole perimeter of home. I did ask some technical questions and he explained me well. They came later to do grading of soil as well once the side that had settled.
Afterwards, I received a call from Melody in the office to assess to check if the project went as per my expectations and if there was anything left to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend RCC to anyone who is looking to do waterproofing of their home.

This project has added a lot of value to my home and I can easily transfer the warranty to the new homeowner if I ever sell my home (An investment that has a lot of value add for me).
