Priority Plumbing

Adam was thoroughly professional and explained to the best of his ability what he thought my plumbing issue was even though he was unable to give me a conclusive diagnosis. I appreciated his advice and have already followed up with his suggestions.

First of all, Priority Plumbing was able to address the range of needs and questions we had. We had a question about a leaking shower that we didn't think had anything to do with the plumbing, and needed help diagnosing the problem, plus we had a toilet that wasn't working very well, and we were almost positive would need replacing. Priority Plumbing was easy to contact, and it was easy to make an appointment that fit our schedule. It was only $59 for them to come out, and then, unlike others, they don't charge by the hour once they are there, but rather charge only if they end up doing the work, and it is based on the job itself (not an hourly rate). The plumber (or technician) who came was David. He was phenomenal! He took the time to assess the situation and explain everything. He told us honestly what the possible solutions were, and even explained that it probably wasn't worth it to pay somebody to fix the shower issue, as we could probably just do the caulking ourselves. Since we really dislike caulking jobs (as they are time consuming and finnicky), we paid him to do it anyways. He did that and replaced our toilet the same day. He was very personable, and very professional. Just wonderful all around! I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing to anyone.

Wow these guys are great! We had a kitchen sink stoppage but couldn't get to it with the hand snake we had. Called another company they tried sc*mming us saying they needed to hydro jet because they couldn't get to it. Called Priority Plumbing and they came in cleared the line in 10 minutes, and got us up and running no problem. Altogether took 30 minutes and saved us hundreds of dollars. We are so satisfied with their services. These people are honest hardworking people. We will definitely recommend to everyone and will be calling if we need any more work done in the future. Thank you guys so much for your services!

Very thorough service. I had a plumbing emergency due to a leaky bathroom spout. I called Priority Plumbing and they were pretty quick in providing an estimate. Moreover, once arrived, they took the time to ensure the problem was fixed thoroughly and fixed other related issues. Shout out the David for doing a great job. Highly recommend their services.

Priority Plumbing was fantastic - they sent someone promptly to deal with our plumbing problem, and he was polite, friendly and professional, and did a great job. Unblocked our very blocked toilet and just happened to notice a weak and corroded pipe joint in an old water supply pipe in our basement, so he replaced that too - saving us from a potential flood! I recommend Priority to anyone looking for a very good plumber.

This is the second instance calling priority plumbing and I was fortunte to have Adam come in shortly after requesting the service call. He is efficient, thorough, and provides all options upfront. I will absolutely contact Priority Plumbing for any future needs.

Mathew was very professional. Unfortunately the way they charge is very opaque. It’s a reasonable fee to diagnose, but then they hit you with an estimate that is 2-3x higher than what a regular plumber would charge. I got quoted $400.00 to replace a wax toilet seal which is a 20minute job, maybe 45 minutes if you really take your time and $5.00 in materials.

They do tell you upfront that the fee for diagnosing is $50.00 and then the plumber will quote on the job and not hourly. That’s all fine but what they don’t tell you is that the price they quote will work out to be around $400.00/hour.

They prey on customers who 1. Don’t know what things cost, 2. Customers who now have to hose between finding another company and just saying ok. Rock and a hard place.

In my humble opinion, they should let customers know up front that their per job quote will be roughly at a rate of $300-400.00 per hour.

I chose not to go ahead with the $400.00 quote to change the wax ring on my toilet and took the time to find another company that was upfront of the costs.

In their favor, they did get someone out within an hour to quote.

Won’t be calling Pirority back knowing how they charge.
