From the very first phone contact until Brian, the plumber, left my home, the customer service was first class. Everything, including costs, was set out beforehand so there weren’t any surprises. Brian took a look at the plumbing throughout the house to ensure everything was in order and offered suggestions and estimates for any work that might be required. However, I never felt pressured into approving anything I wasn’t comfortable with. In the end, everything was completed to my satisfaction and the work site was left clean and tidy. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
