We had received 3 estimates from 3 reputable pool companies in York Region. Pool Craft was not the cheapest however it quickly became apparent once the project began, that we made the right choice. From the beginning Rick was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt to respond to questions and concerns and offered valuable feedback when required. The pool construction requirements were started earlier than expected and completed in a matter of days. the construction area was always kept clean. Rick was efficient in setting up timelines and liaisons with the landscaping company also required in our project. We are very happy with the subcontractors Pool Craft provided.
The end result is a beautiful pool and back yard that we could not be happier with!

They recommended a pool the complemented our backyard and landscaping and even showed us how to maintain the pool. Great app for iPhone/iPad for managing everything about the pool.

We would highly recommend Pool Craft. They keep you in the loop on next steps during construction and always come when they say they are coming. They offer great suggestions and all staff are very helpful. We were extremely pleased with the installation of our in ground pool, all interlock and other work done in our backyard. The end result is beautiful and our guests have all been impressed too with the quality of work performed by Pool Craft. We experienced great customer service from sales to construction, pool school and questions to the office along with the final closing of the pool for the season. We chose to work with Poolcraft because of the positive reviews from Homestars. We began working with Rick early in the Spring of this year. Rick was a very responsive, dedicated, and honest person to work with. Right from the get go we felt comfortable working with Poolcraft.

Once the project began we again worked with great people. Jim and his team who installed the pool were very prompt, coordinated and very knowledgeable. Communication by Poolcraft was excellent, we knew if there were challenges and we were involved with decisions. They also made sure to leave the worksite tidy and safe at all times.

Any concerns or questions we had were never treated lightly and the team was very responsive.

We then met John who spent time with us giving the "pool school". Later we had an issue over the weekend and John followed up immediately and resolved the problem.

Vendors/ service providers build excellent reputations based on customer service and Poolcraft certainly deserves a 10 for this.

The pool itself? Beautiful.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new outdoor paradise! Poolcraft handled every aspect of our pool design and within 6 weeks we went from empty deserted backyard landscape to absolutely stunning jaw dropping backyard.

The staff was so professional and hard working and there were days they didn't stop for a break. They promised us a pool by the beginning of summer but they gave us so much more! We have an incredible backyard that has now become the family gathering place away from televisions, computers or devices. I highly recommend pool craft for your new dream space, & given the chance to do it all again I would choose pool craft again and again!

It was time to replace our vinyl pool liner and filter so I arranged for the installation to be completed by Pool Craft. The pool was originally installed in 1987 and it looks brand new now. I am excited about how quickly and professionally the liner and filter were installed. I have also had them do some minor replacements, such as a pool pump timer installation and various other things. I also purchase my pool supplies from them and have my water tested there as well. I have never been disappointed with their service.

We hired Jason and his team to build our pool and to design and landscape our backyard. The team was incredibly efficient and professional, they finished the entire backyard within a month. Our backyard is our oasis, we are extremely happy with the way it looks. We appreciate the attention Pool Craft has given us before, during and after the construction of our pool.
