Great advice, installation and service
Our new house had a malfunctioning Aqualink System, it was an older version that was intricately connected to pool, spa, three pumps etc. Local pool company recommended a whole new remote unit. We got in touch with Pioneer Pools of Oakville, and there Adam the Service Manager quickly assessed the problem and recommended a switch to new iAqualink rather than replacing the old unit with the now obsolete software. Adam placed the order, and then Andrew and Tommy came to install it. They were friendly, quick, efficient, and very patient in explaining how it works. Andrew offered back-up service anytime, which was much appreciated.
The new system works far better than expected and we are very happy with the service. Thanks, guys!
