I had a leak in a pool liner that was only 3 years old and was purchased at Rymal Pioneer pools in hamilton however I have only owned the house for 2 years. I had been in several times asking for assistance and advice I have to praise Carl Hayes as he certainly put the customer first. He emailed me back and forth after office hours and answered all my questions as I was installing a new skimmer. Then after that installation I found the hole and he advised me on how to patch it. I can't thank him enough as it was just not financially in my budget to replace it at this time. He never once pressured me to buy a new liner.
