Ceiling Fan and Pendant Crystal Light

Staff are friendly and not pushy. We purchased a ceiling fan and a pendant crystal light.

One week later when my contractor was installing the pendant crystal light, it was discovered one crystal was missing. Panet Lighting was able to provide the missing part with no hassle. Highly recommended.

I've purchased several light fixtures from Panet, ranging from simple to more elaborate and elegant. Their selection is awesome - about as good as I've seen in the GTA - and pricing is very reasonable. I recommend Panet to anyone looking for light fixtures.

Upgrade Kitchen lighting

We didn't know what we wanted except that we wanted to get rid of our dropped ceiling with fluorescent tubes behind it. The people at Panet Lighting were (all of them) VERY helpful explaining several options that we could try including fixtures, bulbs, technology (LED vs Halogen vs compact fluorescents), even colour. Their prices were better than our electrician could get from his supplier and the brands were completely acceptable to him. They even gave me an unrequested discount! Sure there are lots of lighting stores in this neighborhood, but Panet Lighting is head and shoulders above their competition! And when I was looking for something that they didn't carry, they didn't hesitate to refer me to a place that did have it (altho it turns out that they didn't have it, yet).

Kitchen lighting

We bought a low voltage lighting system from Panet several years ago. We recently encountered some problems with the system and an electrician recommended we replace the transformer, so we went to buy a new transformer. The staff were incredibly helpful and even recommended a potential low-cost work-around that would save us money (at their expense). It's not every day that a company actively tries to save you money. To me that speaks volumes. We need a new fan now. Guess where we're going to buy it.

Bathroom lighting for reno

We are careful shoppers and check out the competition before buying. We found anything we looked at while at Panet was always higher anywhere else. Also, they have excellent service with a knowledgeable staff.
