Peter is a true professional. I was impressed the moment he walked in the door and put on his clean 'house shoes'. The attention to detail started there. A moving blanket to rest the stove on and protect my hardwood floors. A padded runner to set his tools out on to protect my counter tops. As you can guess, his repair work was also impeccable and Peter took the time to explain it all to me in layman's terms. I'm delighted that I now know a great appliance service person and will not hesitate to contact him again. Thanks Peter!
