Organized Interiors

Organized interiors did 4 of our closets. We found them to be professional, flexible and catered to our needs. The designer took many things into account such as the length of our clothes and the spacing between shelves. The materials are high quality and come with a great warranty. I would highly recommend

The sales rep Mr. Hoshang was very quick and the design consultation went very well.

The installation guys were good but there has been a slight scratch on one of the shelves.

After 3 weeks of installation soneone is finallh being sent to fix it. Hopefully everything should go well.

Bith the price and quality is pretty reasonable.

Firstly,

I just wrote a very long review on google and organized interiors deleted it within 5 minutes.

I will start by saying that I hired this company because they offered a high gloss fushia pink for my dressing room.
It was either them or their competitor ,but they did not have pink which they were upfront from their initial consultation.

Firstly, the mistakes began with their designer mike. He worked on his design for over a month with us. After finalizing the design , and taking a 50% deposit, he sent us an email a month later saying that the colour we had
discussed was not available.
Clearly, he had plenty of time to check with his manufacturer to see if we could get this colour especially with such a large project.
From there he designed a built in make up area that was not functional. In the end we could not put our stool
inside and tuck it away because the drawers were designed to low to fit any stool.

From there the closet came to be installed and after installing the base of all cabinets they were all damaged
and the design was modified. The factory had changed so
many measurements of the design without even calling
us to tell us that they had to make changes. These changes
affected the look of our dressing room.
Then the front doors were brought to be Installed. Every single door, all 16 of them were damaged, chipped, scratched.
At that point we had it and contacted the manager Enrico, who is a nightmare to deal with.
After admitting to us all the mistakes that were made on their end ( we have tons of emails and pictures to show) he offered to give us a refund and remove the closet. At this point after being in our house for days and having worked on it for months, we decided to just finish this job and be done with this company.
From the beginning, Mike’s customer service was horrible and then his drawings did not match what was brought to our home. Adjustments and changes were made in your factory without talking to the customer. All of the doors and inner panels were damaged and only the doors were swapped out. Sadly, the end result of a $20,000+ investment with your company is that it looks like it is from a chain store and with horrible workmanship. Your company is not easy to deal with. Starting from Mike to Enrico, the customer service is horrible.

Brian the factory manager was helpful and your installers Vil and Frances were very professional and did good work with the disaster they were given.
The bottom line is they will try and tell us that they tried to accommodate us by giving us a small discount. When we hired them, we did not ask them for a discount nor were we looking for a discount. This was supposed to be a high end job that cost us almost $30,000 for our home.
Be cautious that your drawings/ design match what comes to your home because they are impossible to work with in the end.

Christine's name was given to me by my contractor. She was efficient, punctual and sensitive to our needs. She also made some good suggestions that were very useful. The job was well organized and our installer was professional, accurate and cleaned up after him. We are very happy with our experience.

This is my third order from Organized Interiors in the last five years and as always the product and workmanship is top notch.
The custom built office furniture and storage cabinet in the den is superb. The closets organizers with new doors make the condo unit look spectacular.

I was very pleased with the job that they did for us. The design factored in my husband’s height and length of his clothes to ensure that nothing would drag on the floor. They picked a beautiful wood finish that matched our bedroom and the installer was professional and cleaned up when he finished

From our Design Consultant, Christine to Mohamed's installation crew we were so happy with the design, quality and installation of the bedroom cabinets. We got three estimates to install built-ins in our bedroom. Christine impressed us with her knowledge and suggestions. She was always available to answer questions for us. She provided great ideas both during the consultation and when we visited the showroom to make our selections. I will always use Organized Interiors for future projects in our home. All the cabinetry was perfect and the bedroom looks transformed. We are so happy! Save yourself time in looking for a company to do your project just call Organized Interiors.

We had a front hall closet organizer installed. A rep. Measured the room and gave us a very reasonable price. Next came the Install. There was an error with the original measurement but they quickly adapted and overcame this issue. We love this closet. It has really enabled us to finally be organized in our new house.

We needed our daughters closet to be organized to provide her more storage space and the minimize the requirement for additional furniture. Organized Interiors did it for a very reasonable price. We were completely satisfied with the service as well. Our daughter is very happy and we will most likely be using them in the future for other closets in our house.

We had replacement slider doors installed in two bedrooms. The master bedroom with large his and her closets on either side plus a secondary bedroom with a very large closet. They look wonderful. So nice to get rid of the builder doors. Organized Interiors also did our front hallway closet door a few years ago. The dark wood style looks lovely. (pardon the glare in photo). A great job was done with precision and care.
