I had a terrible experience with my return. It took me almost one month to receive my return money. So they had my money and the chandelier. When I finally received my money, they only returned half. They said they had to pay $145 to send it back to the manufacturer and then 20% restocking fee. So, on a chandelier I paid $450 for I received $229 back! When I purchased it I was not told about the restocking fee and if I knew that it would cost that much to send back I would of not purchased it! I was so frustrated with waiting for them to get an amount from the manufacturer on a delivery fee back, but they made no effort for any compensation. Just terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY!

A little disorganized. They have a wonderful selection of lighting and their prices are comparable to other lighting retailers. I’ve dealt with OP a number of times over the years. However, there always seems to be an issue with regard to ordering fixtures of any kind. You order and they forget about you. It will be up to you to call and gently remind them that you are still waiting. Your fixtures may arrive but don’t expect anyone will call. There are always excuses that usually involve “the move”, however, that happened a while ago so, yeah, they just need to come up with a system to follow through with orders and customer service.

I contacted Ocean Pacific Lighting to rewire some of the poorly and exposed wiring that was left behind by my previous contractor and was quite pleased by their efficient service. Being located in Vancouver, they were always on-time and reliable and met all of my expectations. This company is one I would recommend for small home renovation projects due to their friendliness and availability. I loved how they asked when I was free and worked their schedule around mine.

I had trouble deciding on a light fixture and they spent a lot of time on helping me choose the right one. I would recommend them highly for all your lighting needs
