A little disorganized. They have a wonderful selection of lighting and their prices are comparable to other lighting retailers. I’ve dealt with OP a number of times over the years. However, there always seems to be an issue with regard to ordering fixtures of any kind. You order and they forget about you. It will be up to you to call and gently remind them that you are still waiting. Your fixtures may arrive but don’t expect anyone will call. There are always excuses that usually involve “the move”, however, that happened a while ago so, yeah, they just need to come up with a system to follow through with orders and customer service.
