Technician Brian came and met with us and accessed our entire ducting system in our century home, it was discovered that the system was outdated with the return air located on the outside walls and the heat registers located on the inside walls, which by today's standard is wrong and the system was not balanced, they returned on three more visits to reduce the depth of the ducts so that we would have some ceiling height in our basement, balanced the system to reduce cold and warm spots and to also install a gas supply line for our new gas fireplace in the basement. We found them courteous and very knowledgeable and I my self have referred them to several of my clients
who need work done on their homes.
