My furnace stopped working sometime over the summer. The fan was running, but when it was on heat mode it didn't seem to want to operate. I called Northwood and they sent someone over to take a look at it. He came over looked at the furnace in my basement (while taking off his shoes and making sure that my floors stayed clean) Within minutes he had diagnosed the problem and said we needed a new part. It was starting to get cold, so I was a bit concerned about how long it was going to take The next day they came back with the part and another technician installed the part and got everything back up and running. Both guys were so professional and really seemed to know what they were doing.
If I was to give one small criticism, it would be that they could have communicated more about when they were coming and what the status of the part was. I called them a couple times and the person answering the phone - who was super-friendly - just didn't know the information. Investing in a bit of technology to keep your customers informed always makes a better service experience.
