Estimate given over the phone. In line with Direct Energy only the anti micro-bacterial spray costs 50 dollars and is not included.
The team checked my gas lines and found one uncapped, were polite and did a good job. Would recommend over direct energy any day.

- Explain the costs a bit better over the phone. I thought it was 90 for the furnace maintenance and cleaning. Wasn't clear that it was 90 for furnace maintenance and an additional 90 for cleaning on top of the duct cleaning cost.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Nope... the crew was good.
