furnace, air conditioning, hepa and duct insulation
Northwood was originally hired to clean the furnace and wrap insulation on our duct work but upon inspection of the furnace found two cracks so it had to be replaced. Not only did Gary, Brian, Junior and Eric stay until 3:30 a.m. in the morning to ensure that we had heat but they inspected all the ducts and found some that weren’t even connected plus reattached two central vac lines which wasn’t even their responsibility.
Everyone at Northwood makes you feel like they truly care as if your family. They go the extra mile by making sure your home is left as clean as the day they arrived. I will and have already recommended this company to friends and family as Northwood is a great example of a company who is proficient, trustworthy and extremely professional.
