Kem [last name removed--Ed] was highly professional, extremely efficient and helpful. He was clean, he helped me with several other problems that I had, even though they were not in the work order. I would definitely recommend him and New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. ALso -- forgot to mention, he knew what he was doing and did his job very well.
And finally, he came when scheduled and this is very rare in this business.
