Eek, the hopelessly stopped toilet!
Kim arrived promptly, explained and resolved the problem, and WOW did a thorough clean up job afterwards. I did not have to restore the environment. I was so touched.
New CN Drain & Plumbing is usually right up there, but today's Kim was exceptional!
