This was our 2nd time dealing with NASA Heating & AC Services (They supplied and installed New AC at our previous home). As before, it was a wonderful experience. Mr Amit Gupta was very responsive andafter inspecting our home advised us to go for 60K btu furnace as against the old 80K one which had broken down. He said the earlier furnace was oversized and must have been giving us hot n cold pockets which was right. In fact a couple of our rooms used to be so cold that you required an extra heater. He arrived on the date and time he had promised and the entire installation process was very professionally done by him n his team. The performance of the new furnace has been simply wonderful and we have even heating in our home, plus the two roomsat the farther end that had very low heating are way better, in fact very comfortable. Mr Gupta called at least 5-6 times over the next 3 weeks asking about the performance of the furnace and any concerns. We would strongly recommend NASA and Mr.Gupta to anyone who wants the correct advice, professional work and outstanding after sales service.

Last Wednesday December 30, 2020 our tankless water heater stopped working. I called Amit of NASA Heating & Air Conditioning Services Ltd and he came and checked the unit and found the drain trap filled with dirt. He was able to fix it to our satisfaction.

That night, he called me and told me that the manufacturer of our tankless water heater has agreed to replace the unit after he explained to them the problem with our unit. Amit suggested that his company will do the installation of the replacement.

Yesterday, Amit and his friend installed the brand-new tankless water heater. They completed the installation in the afternoon which is quick.
This morning he called to check if the unit is working fine which it is.
In July 2020 I also called him to fix the same tankless water heater. He came promptly and found water leaking from the water adjustment valve and he was able to fix it.

We are very happy and satisfied with the job that Amit is doing for us. We are happy that because of his due diligence we have now a brand-new tankless water heater. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and provides excellent customer service and he makes recommendations that would help us to be safe and to save money on repairs. Overall, our experience with him has been extremely good.

Amit Is the owner of NASA twice I called him twice he came excellent service excellent demeanour professional he replaced my water tank for a fair price and he fixed my mothers AC unit at a fair price. My mom is in her 80s she said he had a very good disposition. Highly recommend anyone that needs his services. I will call him again his sticker Is on The AC unit

Amit installed this system about 12 years ago and has provided maintenance service and the occasional repair as required ever since - most recently June 2020. He is prompt, thorough and pleasant to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I needed an upgrade to my existing natural gas tankless water system, as it wasn't cutting it for my family needs. After a few days of careful research, I contacted a couple of companies, and I'm very thankful that Amit (from Nasa Heating & Air) took the time to answer all of my questions, over the phone.

He did not hesitate to provide information and was in fact very generous with the details. After our conversation, Amit provided a firm quote and told me of the next steps, should I wished to continue with his service I asked for a few days, as I needed to speak with my wife and perform a little more research on the product/service I was quoted on.

After performing due diligence, I quickly called Amit back and moved forward with the project. A few days later, all was said and done, and I'm up and running with a brand new tankless water system and whole home humidifier that was installed with care and detail.

Amit fixed a minor gas leak and replaced my hot water tank with a tankless water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Nasa Heating & Air Conditioning Services Ltd.

Amit is very professional and stayed until the job was completed and I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend this company for all your heating, a/c, furnace, water heating needs.

Recently my furnace installed by Amit in Sept 2005 had broken down. I called and he came on time as promised. Diagnosed and reported that my motor was gone, adding that my heat exchanger still seems OK.
Repair was done very promptly. He also replaced the humidifier's water panel and the associated tubing- both of which were in very bad shape.
He even took time to explain to me some things re the furnace operation that I had forgotten. Also gave me some money saving suggestions.
He followed up next morning to check if every thing was OK.
He is very courteous, punctual, caring and thorough. Overall my experience with him has been extremely good.
I would recommend him strongly to any potential customer.
