Rick came to see us the next day we called because our water bill was rather high. He was extremely courteous and explained everything so I could understand. Our old toilet was leaking. He was not pushy. The next day even though it was going to take two weeks to order colour Rick returned and replaced our toilet and again explained the toilet features to me. He did a nice clean job and everything works great. He is a great ambassador to Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
