Mr. Rooter Plumbing of GTA

We recently moved into a custom home and discovered that there were outstanding plumbing issues that needed to be resolved to be compliant with building code. After reading very favorable reviews on Homestars, we contacted Mr. Rooter to help us install a backflow preventer for a bidet.

When John came onsite, he installed the backflow preventer, but just to be sure it was the correct part, he contacted the Town of Markham Inspector. Upon learning that the bidet called for a special part (that was not the one he installed), John explained that he would order the correct part and install it for us. Once the part arrived a few days later, John's colleage Mike came onsite to install the part, taking careful steps to hide the tubing behind the bidet. This experience with John and Mike was great, the extra steps that both took to: a) contact the Town for us to make sure the right part was installed, and b) make an effort to hide the ugly tubing, shows the high level of service they take to go the extra mile for a client.
