Moe's Appliances

My experience with Mike from Moe’s was great! He was honest, trustworthy and affordable. I appreciated him answering all my questions at each stage of the repair process. I can feel quite vulnerable to being taken advantage of by repair professionals; I’ve heard so many stories! From my experience with Mike fixing my washer at such an affordable rate, I feel secure knowing I’ll be in good hands if any of my other appliance’s breakdown. No one wants to need a repairman but, if I do, it’s nice to know I have someone to call. For me, half the stress of a repair is finding someone qualified who isn’t also gouging. Mike’s that guy! He was also fully respectful of Covid protocols (wore a mask) & left his shoes at the door.

Seamless service!!! phoned Moe he answered the phone set the appointment next day. Showed up while I was at work fixed the machine. Called me to explain scope of work and completion. Offered pictures of broken parts and advice on maintaining operating machine in future.
Payment by phone on credit card. Fair price fantastic experience no stress. Highly recommend.
