I had several plumbing-related issues, so I contacted Milani. I've done business with them before and was very satisfied, so no hesitation to call them this time. The handle on my shower was getting impossibly stiff, and also the water wasn't set to be hot enough. Jason fixed both of those issues. The handle needed a part, so he went out right away to the nearest place to get it, and he didn't take long.

My second issue was that the toilet wasn't completely flushing every time, and also there was black residue coming into the bowl from the tank. Jason fixed the flush using a snake and gave me advice about dealing with the black residue.

Jason gave me several helpful tips about plumbing in general, and showed me how to shut off the water on the hot water tank if there was ever a problem.

All in all, I certainly feel I got my money's worth. I find that using Milani pays in the long run because the work is done quickly and efficiently by knowledgeable people.
